2)  Fertilizer Plant Manager:  Full time at position at the Hamberg location.  This person will handle a wide range of duties pertaining to the day-to-day functions of the Co-op.  Will ensure that everything runs smoothly and is able to maximize processes and procedures while meeting expectations in terms of cost-effectiveness.  This position reports to the Agronomy Manager and other leadership teams in the Co-op.  

Core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• ensuring all operations are carried out appropriately and safely
• help the organizations processes are legally compliant
• plan and keep inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• maintain equipment and grounds
• train and supervise staff
• unload fertilizer from railcars and trucks
• blend and load fertilizer onto trucks
• operate large equipment such as payloaders
• work closely with Agronomy and Operations managers to ensure all operations are being properly executed
