CenDak Cooperative has unwaveringly served generations of farmer-owners with agricultural goods and services, while building long-term value for their businesses and families. Since 1943, we’ve steadily grown our operations by holding true to our original values of courage, faith, and trust.
Today, CenDak Cooperative serves growers over a large portion of central North Dakota. We offer our employees a good place to work, with competitive pay and benefits. We actively support our local communities with our time, talents, and financial resources.
Our Mission
CenDak Cooperative, a farmer-owned and operated local cooperative, is committed to providing its members with markets for grain and grain products as well as supplying farm-related supplies.
Value-added services and businesses will be used to capitalize on opportunities that strengthen its financial position and works with its grain-based operations.
CenDak Cooperative has a continuing mission to strengthen its financial statement with better profitability and take advantage of any future opportunities to be able to continue to retire member equities.

Community Involvement
We proudly serve local communities across central North Dakota. Fessenden Co-op and our employees are heavily involved in community functions, and we routinely donate our time and resources to organizations and events that improve the quality of life. Just a few of our efforts include:
Community Safety
We donate to ambulance and fire departments, and we have provided grain rescue tubes and training at our facilities.
Planting the Future
We support organizations such as 4H and FFA.
Academic Achievement
We provide internships, and we sponsor a school-to-work program with high school seniors at Fessenden and Carrington.
