Our office doors will remain open, However we ask that any business that can be done by phone or mail be done so in that matter. We can mail grain checks or you can call ahead to let us now you are coming to make the process more rapid. If you need to visit in person, we can accommodate that with an appointment.
For incoming grain, We ask that all patrons stay in or by their trucks. We will tend to your hoppers and clean out all corners so to ensure social distancing requirements are being done.
Outbound grain we also ask that the drivers stay in their trucks. We can pass all paper work through the window system at the probe for signatures and other necessary documents.
For anyone needing a sample checked we ask that you please just head right up the stairs to our grading room and practice social distancing measures to ensure the safety of all involved.
If you are not feeling well or have traveled to high risk areas we ask politely that you let us know, do not enter the office and call whatever location you are at and we will accommodate your needs to ensure they are taken care of in a prompt fashion.
It is of great importance that we keep everyone Safe and Healthy at all times!
We are all essential! Thank you for your help in ensuring the Health and Safety of all involved.
